TAMPA, Fla., J/PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - FSC Franchise Co., the parent company of Beef 'O' Brady's and The Brass Tap, has had a strong start to 2023, with both the franchise footprint expanding and local guestĬounts increasing. A great place. The Beef 'O' Brady's and The Brass Tap parent company is leveraging menu innovation and technology as it continues to grow. The clientele ranged from our age to people in their 20s and 30s so there is a wide range of ages here. ![]() Also, we are retired so that will give a little idea of our age. This appears to be a great place to sample beer and have some bar food. The wait staff was attentive and friendly and the manager Justin came by and checked on us a couple of times. We had a couple of beers and they were good. There were a few kids in there but this is really not a kids place. Everyone in the place seemed very friendly. Then when they left, a couple of golfers came in and joined us. We shared a high table with a couple and enjoyed their conversation. Maybe it was this crowded because it was new. We (my wife and I) went about 5:30 and it was very crowded and noisy. I give it 2 stars because it is a newly opened business and the server was courteous, although taking a great deal of time returning with the condiments. The crinkle cut French fries are most like the frozen grocery fries you put in the home oven. The mustard was pretty much empty and contents had to be forced out and the mayo was full, but a new unopened bottle and we had to open and peel off the label that it was sealed with. We had to ask for mustard and mayo and by the time they arrived, the burgers cooled off significantly. The burger had no condiments of any sort and the tomato was more like a not yet ripe green tomato. Other problem was none of tables had any condiments of any kind. We got hamburgers and for starters, the double patties was not as thick together as competitors single patties. More importantly, the food.we recognize that some sports bars have less of a food selection, but this one had enough choices for us but the presentation is poor. Then the only seating available was the wobbly high bar tables which is ok for most people but I suspect there are perhaps more of these than regular dining tables. Went in to have an early dinner and the restaurant was full, usually a good sign, right? But, the hard rains had just stopped and one of the garage doors was up and certainly a brisk, cool breeze was lightly blowing. Many new places in Prosper to give my money to now. We tried so many times to love this place. Not a great representation of leadership. This place is run by inexperienced workers who have no clue how to listen, run a business, put customer first and stop assuming there’s wrong doing. Huh? We are not trying to hustle anyone- just want our 20 flats please. The mgr said they would need to charge us double if we kept the flats and added more. They took the plate away (and they were not happy) and we offered to keep the flats only and just replace the drums so we don’t waste. When we ordered wings (flats only because he said we could) we got a mixture with drums. and when the bartender forgot he grabbed a hand full from the bar stash (for drinks) and gave to us with his hands. Should have known it may not be good tonight when I asked for a side of fresh jalapeños. Always a mixed bag of service but we like the beer selection so for some reason keep coming back.
